The Oasis Center seeks a medical provider to join a new family medicine clinic co-located in a residential substance use disorder treatment campus where families recover together, stay together, and thrive together.

The Oasis Center seeks a medical provider to join a new family medicine clinic co-located in a residential substance use disorder treatment campus where families recover together, stay together, and thrive together.
This provider will offer the full spectrum of primary care services, including pediatrics, adult acute and preventive care, prenatal/postpartum (no deliveries), and medications for SUD. This clinic will serve as an on-going medical home for families, even after receiving treatment services.
This is more than a Medical Provider role—it’s a chance to redefine how care is delivered to families impacted by substance use disorders.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- MD/DO from accredited medical school
- Current State of Oregon licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Board certification in Addiction Medicine preferred
- Family Medicine with Obstetrics (FMOB) preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- Up to $305k/year salary
- Up to $100,000 sign-on bonus with 5-year rural health commitment

Compensation: $280,000.00 - $305,000.00 per year
